- Go to https://cp.emailarray.com/admin
- Log in using your admin username and password.
- Click on Domain in the left menu under Provision
- Enter the domain name you wish to add and click on Provision
- Make sure to modify your DNS settings and add the MX records for the domain. They should be:
- Primary with a preference of 5: mx0.emailarray.com
- Secondary with a preference of 10: mx1.emailarray.com
By default the system will add a Basic Domain which only supports Basic Accounts. If you purchased Enhanced Accounts, you must configure the domain as Enhanced. Note that with an Enhanced Domain, it is possible to host both Basic Accounts and Enhanced Accounts within the same domain.
