Rules are composed of two sections. Clauses and Delivery rules once a match is found

You can add multiple Clauses and multiple Delivery rules within one rule.

Within the Clauses you can match a message on the From, To, CC, To or CC, Subject, List-ID fields, or according to Message size.

You can negate the match by selecting the NOT operator.

  • Once you have entered your matching term, click on Add

Clauses, just ilke Delivery rules are joined together by the AND logical operator. In order to obtain the OR effect, simply create another rule entirely.

Delivery Rules can be used to either deliver the message to a specific folder or send it to another e-mail address. Select your destination for the message and click on Add

  • Click on Activate in order to make the rule active
Note

A new rule won't take effect until the Activate button is clicked after you finished building your rule. After each modification to the Clauses or Delivery rules, the Activate button must be clicked.
