h1. Manage Lists

Lists let you reach multiple e-mail addresses at once. You could for example create a *sales* address for your sales team, a *support* address for your technical support team and so on.

h4. Adding a List

* Go to {link-window:https://cp.emailarray.com/admin|type=normal|icon=false|width=1024|height=600}[https://cp.emailarray.com/admin]

* Log in using your admin username and password.
* Click on *ListLists* in the lefttop menu under *Provision*
* Enter bar
* Click on the button *New List*
** In the *Domain field*, choose domain in which list will be created
** In *List Type*, choose Distribution List
** In *List Name*, type in the name of your list (only the word before the list you want to create
* Select at sign)
** Click on the button Add List
* Click on the *Domainpencil icon* undernext whichto youthe wantlist toyou createjust itcreated
* Select *Regular* as the list type Add a member by adding his e-mail address in the input field and clicking on *Add Member*

h4. Managing List Members

* Click on *Lists* in the lefttop menu under *Manage*bar
* Select your *Domain* fromClick on the drop-down menu
*pencil icon* Selectnext to the *List*list you wantwish to manageedit
* Enter the Add a member by adding his e-mail address youin wishthe toinput addfield and clickclicking on *Add Member*
* Click Remove members by clicking on the "*Remove\-*" icon (minus sign) next to the listmember memberwhich you want to remove delete
* An alert pop up will appear, showing the member that will be deleted. Click on *OK* to confirm.

h4. Removing a List

* Click on *Lists* in the lefttop menu under *Manage*bar
* SelectClick on yourthe "*Domain\-*" fromicon the drop-down menu
* Select the *List*(minus sign) next to the list which you want to managedelete
* Click on the red *Remove List* button
 An alert pop up will appear, showing the list that will be deleted. Click on *OK* to confirm.
