Track Remote Deliveries
From the Admin Control Panel you can track all the messages sent by your users through the PolarisMail outbound servers.
- Go to

- Log in using your admin username and password.
- Click on Track Deliveries in the left menu under Manage
By default you will see the list of e-mails sent by all the users.
You can alter your search criteria and filter out by: Temporarily Rejected Messages (user is over quota for example ) or Permanently Rejected Messages ( invalid mailbox, blacklisted, etc ). You can also specify the range of dates to search for while also specifying the e-mail address where you sent it. You can also specify individual e-mail addresses to search for as having sent or received certain messages.
You can review Remote Delivery data for up to 60 days in the past
